    PUBLIC NOTICE
    RV Park Regulations Work Session

    Date: Monday, March 2, 2026
    Time: 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
    Location: Quartzsite Community Center

    About This Work Session

The Quartzsite Town Council invites all community members — especially RV park owners and tenants — to attend an important work session focused on reviewing and updating the Town's RV park regulations.

Current RV park regulations are outdated, and strict enforcement of the existing rules could potentially result in the closure of most local parks. The Town Council is committed to finding practical, fair solutions that protect both park operators and residents.

    Topics to Be Addressed:

    • Review of existing RV park regulations and identification of outdated provisions

    • Possible creation of tiered regulations based on park size

    • Educational resources for both park owners and tenants

    • New state laws specifically applicable to RV parks

    Who Should Attend

The Town Council has specifically extended an invitation to RV park owners and tenants to participate in this session. Your input and presence are important to shaping regulations that work for our community. La Paz County officials have also expressed interest in attending, reflecting the broader regional significance of this discussion.

Everyone is encouraged to attend! This is your opportunity to be part of the conversation.
