The Quartzsite Chamber of Commerce is offering property improvement grants for exterior enhancements to Main Streets area properties.
Grant Pool: $10,000
Match Required: 50% applicant, 50% Chamber
Application Deadline: January 31, 2026
Project Completion: April 30, 2026
Funding: Reimbursed after project completion
Who Can Apply
Property owners and business tenants (with owner approval) on Main Street/Route B-10 (exits 17-19) or N Central Blvd/Highway 95 (Kuehn to Tyson). If your business is located accordingly and you’re interested, sign up for a workshop 11/26/25 or 12/2/25 (click link to select).
Eligible Projects
Exterior improvements visible from public areas: paint, signage, lighting, landscaping, awnings, windows, doors, and parking lot enhancements.
